Burn Off Ovens - Model 496-RT

The ACE Burn Off oven 496-RT model is fuel efficient and built to last. Manufactured in compliance to ISO standards, NFPA-86A and FM specifications, the oven provides safety and reliability in demanding industrial application environments. Normal cycle time of this oven is 2 to 8 hours, and combustible capacity is 40 LBS/HR. (The cycle time and capacity varies with the combustible load and oven size).

The primary burner of 496-RT oven is designed to operate at 800°F (427°C), and the afterburner at 1,400°F (742°C). Both these burners ensure complete cleaning of parts, minimizing any secondary cleaning operation. It is fully automated, providing substantial savings on time and labor costs. The ACE 496-RT model of radiant tube oven is widely used across industries to remove grease, adhesives, varnish, powder coating, epoxy, and paint, among others.
