Burn Off Ovens - Model 3175-RT

This model of ACE burn off oven is popular for its several beneficial features. The oven is equipped with a central heat distribution system. This ensures even distribution of temperature throughout the oven chamber. Also, primary and secondary water suppression systems effectively manage heat inside the chambers, eliminating distortion/damage of parts during the heat cleaning process.

The primary burner of 3175-RT oven operates at 800°F (427°C). Volatile materials are converted into smoke due to this high temperature. The afterburner, which operates at 1,400°F (742°C) burns off the hazardous smoke and gases produced at the primary burner. Only water vapor and carbon Dioxide are discharged to atmosphere, making it an environmentally sustainable product.
