Burn Off Ovens - Model 463 RT

The ACE burn off Oven Model 463 RT is designed to remove hydrocarbon coatings from metal parts. The oven’s controls are completely automatic, reducing costs in terms of labor and training. It is fabricated from 11 gauge steel, and is coated with rust resistant, high temperature blue enamel paint. The self-supporting exhaust stack insulation is rated at 2,300°F, ensuring maximum energy efficiency. The One Touch Control system (OTC) is designed to monitor the combustible vapors in the radiant tube oven. The OTC controls the vapor levels within the oven during the burn off operation.

As a self-adjusting control system, it does not need to be controlled by an operator, hence reducing the chances of errors. The normal burn off time is between two and eight hours. The oven and its control are certified by UL and ISO.
