Cleaning Plastic Molds and Dies
Materials are loaded into a process chamber where they are heated to a predetermined (set point) temperature. Heat transferred from one or more main burner chamber(s) are used to heat the process chamber.

As the combustibles burn off the resulting smoke and fumes naturally circulate to an after burner (oxidizing) chamber where they are volatilized at a minimum of 1500°F. and emitted through an exhaust stack creating harmless by-products of combustion conforming to all EPA guidelines.
