Burn Off Ovens - Model 472-RT
The ACE Burn Off oven model 472-RT can best handle your industrial cleaning and stripping needs. The radiant tube oven model is safe, reliable, and built to last. It is designed with primary and secondary water spray system. This feature largely contributes in keeping smoke emission rate to a minimum. The water spray system prevents furnace overheating, which may otherwise lead to material damage.
The primary burner of 472-RT oven is capable of heating the cleaning chamber up to 800°F (427°C). The afterburner can operate at 1,400°F (742°C). Due to these high temperatures, parts are cleaned thoroughly, eliminating any secondary cleaning operation. Normal cycle time of this model is 2 to 8 hours, and combustible capacity is 40 LBS/HR.
